- Your name
- Your location
- Phone number where you are located
- Your problem
REMEMBER 911 IS NOT A TOY
- Always stay calm and speak clearly.
- Once the 911 operator knows your problem, they will immediately send help.
- If you have trouble dialing 911, you can dial 0 for the operator.
- In a real emergency, dial 911 and don’t hang up the phone. Lay the receiver down beside the phone and the police will find you and help you.
